Making a Claim
At UNIC, we endeavour to make the process of claiming against a valid insurance policy as straightforward as possible.
Do You Qualify?
You qualify to make a claim if you have suffered a loss and you have a valid insurance policy issued by UNIC Insurance, which covers against such a loss.
If you are unsure about whether you have adequate cover, or are not sure of the validity of your cover, please contact us. Our customer care unit will provide you with all the clarification you will need.
Claims Procedure
Please follow the simple steps below to ensure that your claim is processed expediently:
- Enter the details of your claim in our claims form (pick one up at any of our branches or request one by calling our customer care unit on ...).
- Double check all information has been entered correctly and that you have signed and dated the form.
- Submit the claims form, either by post or through any of our branches.
- Wait for us to advise you our requirements to substantiate the claim.
- Send in the claim support documents.
- Wait for us to hear news of your settlement.
