| Job Description | GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages the delivery of the following Medihelp services for the duration of their shift
- ambulance dispatch (primary and secondary)
- medical advise
- medical directory services
- general customer care
- assistance (home visit, evacuation, appointment arrangement, GOP, claims investigation, medical report, travel assistance, …)
Note: The Team Leader now functions as the dispatcher.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES OF THE MEDIHELP TEAM LEADER INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
• Liaises with the Medihelp supervisor, call centre manager and operations manager/advisor to deliver a 24/7 Call Center service
• Coordinates and supervises the activities of other members of the team (including dispatchers)
• Takes 199, 888, 274, 177, 686 and any other calls ending in the Medihelp section of the CC
o Assists in taking calls :
• Handling difficult calls
• Reporting duties:
